What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

 

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of the product being personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, we highly suggest that the customer double checks all the texts, symbols and graphics(if applicable) before placing an order. We cannot be  held responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customers in the personalized content.

However if there is an issue with your order like damage due to shipping or any manufacturing defect, please reach out to us directly via email at support@sparklaserwork.com

 

Do you send photos of finished products before shipping it out?

We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof.

Can you engrave my logo on  your products?

Yes we can! Please contact us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.

 

I already have a design what format should I send you?

We ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format. Please note, a design fee may apply if conversions are needed to be done.

 

Do you have wholesale prices?

 We accept wholesale orders for all the products in our store. We also take custom orders wholesale. Please contact us at support@sparklaserwork.com to further assist you.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, we only offer shipping within the continental United States.

 

Can I pick up an order?

Yes, local pick up is available in Teaneck, NJ. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

 

Cutting/Charcuterie Boards

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.

 

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?

No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards.

 

Are the cutting/charcuterie boards dishwasher safe?

The boards are hand wash only, use warm water and a sponge with soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Do not place your boards in the dishwasher and do not submerge it under water in the sink. 

 

Laser cut wood items

There are some imperfections on my laser cut product. Is that normal?

Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood.
