Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $85

 

Local Pickup and Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 within 5-mile radius from Teaneck, NJ. Free Local delivery only applies to neighboring cities of Teaneck within NEW JERSEY. For orders under $200, we can only offer free pickup.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up after the processing time, approximately in 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with the pickup instructions.

Our pickup hours are 12PM to 4PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Please note that the pick up location is our home and we'll appreciate if you understand why we only have limited days for pickup. 

 

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sparklaserwork.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
